Mike & Melissa McGurk
Pastors
Mike McGurk is the CMI District Coordinators for MDDC. Mike has 12+ years of involvement in campus ministry. He experienced explosive growth on the campuses He attended as a campus minister which ignited a burden that led Mike into full-time campus ministry. Now as District Coordinator and full-time campus evangelist out of Antioch Central, Mike focuses much of his time on training the next generation of campus ministers through in-person and on-line training calls, as well as developing and writing campus ministry resources. Mike and his family are headed back to College Park to reestablish the campus church plant at the University of Maryland they originally started in 2016. They are believing for many people of the city and of the campus to be saved, discipled and sent all around the district and beyond!
As a ministry, their goal is to provide plenty of resources for Apostolic students and to equip them for their harvest fields through monthly training calls, a yearly training event (P7/CMI Summit) and district campus prayer meetings! Their desire and prayer are that every single college campus and university will have an Apostolic ministry in the near future! We also believe for numerous campus church plants to be established over the next few years. The College Park, University of Maryland church plant is only the first of many in college towns across MDDC! Bro. McGurk and His wife are very excited about what God is doing on our campuses!
Michael and Tatiana Hromcik, ethnic Slovaks originally from Serbia, have dedicated the past eight years to various leadership roles. For four years, they worked overseas as youth leaders, Sunday school directors, and choir and music directors in Serbia. In 2019, they felt a divine calling to relocate to the United States, where they have since been active members of Antioch Central in Arnold, MD. In 2023, they began serving at the College Park daughter work under the leadership of Pastor Mike McGurk, taking on multiple roles and responsibilities.
Their passions include engaging with people, fostering deep conversations, hosting dinner gatherings, and enjoying numerous board game nights. They are committed to investing in the youth, uplifting others, teaching Biblical principles, and leading lives characterized by faithfulness and balance.

Steven and Niki Fox are leaders of Antioch College Park, dedicated to reaching people with the gospel. Steven previously served as the president of Impact UMD, an affiliate campus ministry at the University of Maryland. Now, he and Niki oversee the ministry together. Their journey began through campus ministry, where they first met, and in 2023, they were married. Ever since, they have remained deeply involved in campus ministries throughout Maryland and D.C. Their passion for reaching college students is especially personal, as Niki first encountered the gospel as an undergraduate student.

After graduating from the University of Maryland, Niki pursued a career as an Obstetrical Nurse, while Steven became a software developer. As proud Terps, they love their alma mater and its community. Beyond ministry, they enjoy spending time with their sweet baby boy, Samuel, fellowshipping with friends, traveling to warm and sunny destinations, and seeking out the best coffee spots. Above all, they share a deep desire to help others experience the love and grace of God.
Steven & Niki Fox
David earned an AS, BSA Cum Laude, MS and PhD (University of Illinois, Urbana, Ill.). While attending the United Pentecostal Church of Urbana, Ill., I was called to preach the gospel. My basic training and experience was obtained under Pastor Alva Potts. Later, I became Sr. Pastor of the Apostolic Faith Church in NJ (Irvington, then Maplewood) for 46 years. I have an Ordained Minister’s License with the United Pentecostal Church Int. During my pastorate, I was employed on a full-time basis in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. In addition, I served several terms as a NJ District Presbyter and Sunday School Director.
Marian attended the RN Nursing Program at the College of Morris in Randolph, NJ. Following our marriage in 1974, we pastored the Apostolic Faith Church where I was involved as Pastor’s wife and Assistant, Adult SS teacher, Secretary-Treasurer, SS Director, Musician, and assisting the Pastor in counselling members of the church. I also served as Ladies Ministries Secretary of the NJ District for several terms, while working full-time in a hospital for the past 22 years until relocating to MD in 2021.
Following our retirement, we joined Antioch the Apostolic Church in Arnold, MD. We are currently a part of the daughter work in College Park, MD, where we are on the Leadership Team under Pastor Michael McGurk. We are also involved in Help Ministry activities in support of both churches.
